The Houston Texans looked like they were going to get a win against the New England Patriots last week, but they choked it away down the stretch. Their offense hasn't been too bad in their 10-game losing streak, and one reason for that has been the emergence of Garrett Graham.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Garrett Graham is a risky play
Garrett Graham has been targeted heavily over the past month. Is it enough to start him in fantasy on a short week?

The tight end was targeted 11 times on Sunday vs. the Pats, but could only catch three of those for 36 yards. This is the third week he's seen at least nine targets, but only turned in one game that would be deemed effective -- a seven-catch, 136-yard game against the Raiders in Week 10.
Graham and the Texans had no success against the Jacksonville Jaguars back in Week 12. Graham could only account for 32 yards and five catches in the 6-13 loss.
Fantasy impact: He's getting targets, but it's not going to be easy to plug him into your lineup based on his struggles last time out against the Jaguars. It might make more sense to start a semi-hot Ladarius Green, but he's a low-end TE1.
