The Jacksonville Jaguars were able to pull out a huge road win against the Cleveland Browns in Week 13 and are now out of the NFL basement. It had a lot to do with wide receiver Cecil Shorts, and he'll continue to be a key cog in their offense.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Cecil Shorts gets an easier matchup
Cecil Shorts made the most of a bad matchup last week. How confident should fantasy owners be with him this week?

Shorts beat All-World cornerback Joe Haden on a double move to catch the ball in the corner with less than one minute to go against the Browns. Haden had been shutting down Shorts for most of the game, but that catch put a nice little bow on a six-catch, 64-yard game.
Things get a lot easier this week. He gets a struggling Johnathan Joseph at corner and a vulnerable Houston Texans secondary. Shorts was productive in Week 12 against them, catching eight balls for 71 yards in the win. The eight catches matched a season high.
Fantasy impact: The Jags don't have anyone after Shorts at receiver. Mike Brown isn't 100 percent and Ace Sanders tends to disappear after the first quarter. Shorts has huge upside in a home game, and fantasy owners should be licking their chops to use him. He's a low-end WR1 in PPR formats and a strong WR2 in standards.
