Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell is listed as probable on the team's injury report Friday, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Campbell has been cleared to play and is fully recovered from his concussion, which means he should resume his starting role over Brandon Weeden.
Jason Campbell probable, cleared to play; should start for fantasy owners in Week 14
Cleveland Browns quarterback Jason Campbell is probable. We break down the fantasy implications.

Campbell was back at practice on Thursday and Friday both. Weeden was playing particularly poorly in relief of Campbell,as expected. On the season, he has 141 completions for 1,731 yards with nine touchdowns and nine interceptions. Weeden was initially benched in favor of Brian Hoyer, and when Hoyer went down, Weeden played again before being benched in favor of Campbell.
However, Weeden is also dealing with a concussion and apparently has not been cleared for practice. Had Campbell not been cleared, that would have lined up either Alex Tanney or Caleb Hanie to start at quarterback.
Fantasy Impact: Campbell has been the best Browns quarterback thus far. He's completed 87 of 153 passes for 933 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions. Wide receiver Josh Gordon is what impacts fantasy owners the most, and Campbell coming back is clearly a good sign for Gordon and the folks that own him in fantasy. Campbell himself is an alright fill-in option as well.
