The Green Bay Packers have officially ruled out Aaron Rodgers for Week 14. Matt Flynn will once again start at the quarterback position Rodgers is still recovering from a broke collarbone and has not played since sustaining the injury early against the Chicago Bears on Nov. 4.
Aaron Rodgers officially out, Matt Flynn to start for fantasy owners
Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been ruled out for Week 14. We break down the fantasy implications.

Initially, the Packers went with Scott Tolzien as his replacement, but that didn't fare well. Tolzien completed 55 of 90 passes for 717 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Flynn quickly replaced Tolzien, and has fared marginally better. Flynn has completed 31 of 56 passes for 357 yards.
The biggest reason Flynn is better at this point is the fact that he’s only thrown the one interception to go with his one touchdown. Rodgers, on the other hand, had 15 touchdowns against four interceptions when he went down with injury.
Fantasy Impact: At this point, it’s unclear if Rodgers will return this season. If Flynn leads Green Bay to a win in Week 14, then Rodgers could return to try and help the team to a late playoff push, but if the Packers lose, they’re essentially eliminated and the decision to start Rodgers would be superfluous in the end. Fantasy owners may have seen the last of Rodgers for this season.
