Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw his first interception of the season against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. His numbers at halftime include 4-of-10 passing for just 35 yards and no touchdowns.
Nick Foles’ fantasy hot streak cools off vs. the weather
The weather is destroying Nick Foles’ day. We break down the fantasy implications.

His pick was air-mailed and it wasn't even close to his receiver. Foles has gotten away with some lucky ones this season and he should have at least a couple interceptions, but not this time. One game that pops out is against the Green Bay Packers. He had two very badly underthrown balls into double coverage, however both turned into touchdowns to Riley Cooper and DeSean Jackson.
Foles hasn’t been spectacular on tape all year, but the stats speak for themselves. He currently sits with a 19:1 TD ratio.
Fantasy impact: The weather was the only thing that could have stopped Foles so far. Both he and Matthew Stafford are not having big fantasy days at all and it's not easy to see or even get the ball to travel the way they wanted to. Foles might have a quiet second half and all his upside is in big trouble after this game. If his owners can pull out a win, Foles will get a great matchup against the Minnesota Vikings in the dome in Week 15.
