Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton had a huge run of production from Week 6 to Week 8, with 1,034 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 81 fantasy points. Outside of that stretch, though, the quarterback hadn't topped 16 fantasy points in a game all season -- until Sunday. Playing the Indianapolis Colts in a game that will go a long way toward deciding AFC playoff seeding, Dalton had his second-most-productive fantasy day of the season Sunday in the Bengals' 42-28 win.

Dalton completed 24-of-35 passes Sunday for 275 yards and three touchdowns, also adding a touchdown run. His run, an 8-yard score with 4:10 left in the game, was Dalton's first of the season and sixth of his career. He completed touchdown passes to wide receivers Marvin Jones and A.J. Green and tight end Jermaine Gresham.
Fantasy impact: Despite his huge middle-of-the-season stretch, Dalton entered Sunday only 14th in fantasy scoring among quarterbacks. He always has games like Sunday’s in his repertoire, but far too many of his games are like the season’s low points to consider him a week-to-week starting option.
