Drew Brees has great fantasy performance against tough Panthers defense
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees was fantastic on Sunday against the Carolina Panthers. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brees didn't throw any interceptions on the day, and looked sharp. They came out to a slow start in the first quarter, trailing by a pair of field goals, but Brees found the end zone three times in the second quarter. Brees hit Marques Colston on touchdown passes of 6 and 15 yards, and found tight end Jimmy Graham on touchdown passes of 5 and 8 yards.
While Brees hasn't kept pace with Peyton Manning this season, he's still been excellent. He's completed 353 of 519 passes for 4,107 yards with 33 touchdowns against eight interceptions.
Fantasy Impact: Brees is obviously a must-start in every situation, and this proves why. He hasn’t thrown an interception in three games, and has put up seven touchdowns in that span. He looked excellent against one of the league’s best defenses in Carolina and should put up similar numbers in the coming weeks.
