Malcom Floyd carted off field with knee injury, fantasy status in trouble
Malcom Floyd suffered what appears to be a severe knee injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

It’s unknown what kind of injury he has, but reports from camp indicate that it’s severe. He stayed on the ground for several minutes receiving treatment, while teammates surrounded him in prayer.
Floyd had 56 receptions for 814 yards and five touchdowns last season.
Fantasy impact: This would be a devastating loss for a receiving corps that already lost Danario Alexander to a torn ACL. Rookie Keenan Allen will probably be pressed into action earlier than expected, and the team may even be forced to turn to free agent bust Robert Meachem.
We'll know more about Floyd's injury in the coming days, but early reports don't sound good. If the Chargers' passing offense looked bleak from a fantasy perspective before, it's a downright nightmare now. Vincent Brown might be the only receiver worth drafting.
