Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate has been impressive this offseason, and has transformed into one of the most dependable targets on the roster, according to Danny O'Neil of ESPN Seattle. Tate used to utilize his athleticism to win his matchups, but has worked hard to become a precise route runner.
Golden Tate becoming Seattle’s most dependable route runner; could be fantasy sleeper
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate has been one of the team’s hardest workers this offseason and has been working on his route running. We break down the fantasy implications.

Tate is in an interesting position with the Seahawks. The team has Sidney Rice and traded for Percy Harvin this season. While both of those players play different positions, Tate is entering a contract year and both Rice and Harvin are due big money. Some thought this might be a make or break year.
But given that Tate caught 45 passes for 688 yards and seven touchdowns last season, plus the work he’s put in this offseason, things look to be taking off for the young wideout.
Fantasy Impact: Tate was fighting for a job when Harvin was brought in, but with Harvin's injury, Tate could be poised for a huge season. He could end up being Seattle's top target, and if that happens, Tate would be a solid option in fantasy. You shouldn't be drafting him in the first round, but with Russell Wilson ever-improving, he might be a good reserve option.
