Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green returned to the practice field on Wednesday, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN. Green is taking part primarily in individual drills, but it's significant due to the fact that he's been inactive for more than two weeks with a knee injury.
A.J. Green returns to practice; injuries not a concern for fantasy owners
A.J. Green returned to practice on Wednesday, after missing more than two weeks with a bruised knee. We break down the fantasy implications.

Green bruised his knee in practice and missed the opening preseason game. Smart money is on him missing the next one, and possibly another after that, as the Bengals surely want to be plenty cautious with him going forward. It’s a smart move. Green just needs some practice time to shake the rust off, but he’s firmly established himself among those players that don’t need a ton of that time to be productive.
Fantasy Impact: Green was never likely to miss any time in the regular season, but his return to practice this early is an encouraging sign. He is one of the top receivers in the league, and put up 1,350 yards and 11 touchdowns off of 97 receptions last season. His injuries are not a concern and if you need a starting receiver, Green is about as good a get as any.
