Buffalo Bills wide receiver Robert Woods is expected to be the No. 2 starting receiver when the Bills start the season, according to Bills reporter Chris Brown.
Robert Woods expected to win No. 2 WR job, offering some fantasy appeal
Rookie Robert Woods should be the starting No. 2 receiver for the Bills this season. We break down the fantasy implications.

Woods will be one of the outside receivers opposite Stevie Johnson. T.J. Graham will be the other outside guy in three-receiver sets, moving Johnson over to the slot position. Da'Rick Rogers should also get playing time as a rookie, although he's primarily an outside receiver.
The Bills drafted Woods in the second round of the 2013 Draft.
Fantasy impact: This jives with what we've seen in preseason so far. Woods played with the first team against the Colts last week, grabbing four catches for 32 yards. His route-running skills give him a leg up on the rest of the competition.
Woods has good fantasy upside in Dynasty leagues, but his 2013 ceiling is limited by a run-heavy offense and the possibility of rookie E.J. Manuel starting at quarterback. It's hard to recommend him in single-season leagues.
