Jermichael Finley turns in a solid preseason performance versus Rams
The polarizing Packers tight end caught four passes for 78 yards on Saturday with receivers Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson sitting out. We break down the fantasy implications.

Finley reeled-in all but one of the targets that came toward his direction, including a 37-yard catch from Aaron Rodgers that accounted for the longest Packers play from scrimmage. Rodgers found Finley uncovered over the middle, hitting him in stride for a big gain.
Fantasy Spin: Finley has warranted nothing but praises this summer from Rodgers as well as head coach Mike McCarthy, doing so with solid performances during camp and making the most out of his opportunities in preseason. His yardage and target total are a bit inflated due to Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson both missing action, but Finley delivered when his number was dialed. Tight end is a wide-open position this season, and Finley could be a steal if last season's disappointing touchdown and drops numbers cause him to fall in drafts.
