Cardinals running back Ryan Williams (knee) did not practice on Monday and coach Bruce Arians didn't sound very excited about it.
Bruce Arians doesn’t sound too happy with Ryan Williams, Rashard Mendenhall’s fantasy value is safe
Ryan Williams still isn’t at practice and his coach doesn’t sound too happy about it. We break down the fantasy implications.

“You can’t get these reps back,” Arians said. “He had an excellent OTAs, started with an excellent camp, running and cutting. Then just put the brakes on. You can’t get this back.” Williams was a highly-touted rookie coming out of Virginia Tech, but it’s been bad news on top of bad news since he entered the NFL in 2011.
Fantasy impact: So you thought that Ryan Williams was going to be a decent handcuff to the oft-injured Rashard Mendenhall, eh? Well, Williams is quickly losing value in just about any league and Mendenhall is locked and loaded as the starter. Mendy is also getting looks out of the backfield while lining up in the slot at training camp, making him a low-end RB2 in fantasy leagues. As far as handcuffs go, Stepfan Taylor seems to be second on the depth chart while Williams is up in the air.
