Buffalo Bills quarterback Kevin Kolb left Saturday's game against the Washington Redskins with a head injury. The Bills confirmed on Twitter that he has concussion-like symptoms and will not return. He is being evaluated by team doctors.
Kevin Kolb loses fantasy value with possible concussion
Kevin Kolb left Saturday’s game in the first quarter and is being evaluated for concussion-like symptoms. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jeff Tuel replaced Kolb in the first quarter. He will play the rest of the game as the only healthy quarterback on the team. E.J. Manuel is out for the preseason following knee surgery.
Fantasy impact: This probably ends Kolb’s chances of winning the starting job, but the Bills are suddenly very thin at the quarterback position. Tuel is the next man up on the depth chart and will probably end up winning a roster spot now. Kolb has a history of concussions might be out for the rest of preseason if he’s indeed diagnosed with one.
The Bills were already looking like a run-heavy offense, and could lean on C.J. Spiller even more now with the QB position so thin. C.J. Spiller and Stevie Johnson are the only guys I can safely recommend in drafts right now.
