Peyton Manning got tons of work in during the Broncos third preseason game versus the Rams on Saturday, despite playing in just one half of the game.
Peyton Manning throws 34 passes in one half vs. Rams, poised for big fantasy year
The premier signal caller at the helm of the Broncos offense put an efficient performance on display Saturday night versus the Rams. We break down the fantasy implications.

Manning completed 25-of-34 passes for 234 yards, one touchdown and one interception, and took full advantage of the Rams soft coverages. He found Demaryius Thomas in the back of the end zone on his lone touchdown pass, and also found Andre Caldwell on his back shoulder for a big gain along the sidelines later in the half.
Fantasy Spin: It was just another day at the office for Manning, who looks poised and ready for another big season with the Broncos. The offense worked at a grueling pace, as Manning’s 34 pass attempts came in the first half alone. If this is any indication of how pass-heavy and up-tempo the Broncos will be during the course of the season, Manning could once again challenge for the top spot among the quarterback fantasy football rankings. He should be one of the first five quarterbacks off of the board come draft day, as he will put up points at a premium.
