Texans running backs Arian Foster (back, calf) and Ben Tate (groin) both sat out of Monday's practice.
Fantasy RB duo Arian Foster and Ben Tate both miss Monday practice
Arian Foster and Ben Tate are both day-to-day after missing Monday’s practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Neither injury is serious and the Texans are just handling their running-back duo with kid gloves. After ranking second in rushing in 2011, the Texans finished eighth in the NFL last season. Foster had a career-low 4.1 yards per carry while Ben Tate was a bit better as an understudy with 4.3 in that department.
Fantasy impact: There is really nothing to be concerned with here. Tate does have an injury red flag beginning to wave after missing five games last season, though. Tate and Foster both had hamstring woes last year, so these ailments aren’t of the lingering variety.
As for Arian’s outlook, he is really racking up the miles on his odometer with 1,177 career touches in just four seasons, but he is still the unquestioned starter in one of the best rushing offenses in the league. He’s still a top-five pick in fantasy leagues and could go as early as two. Those that take him would be wise to invest a later pick in Tate in an attempt to cover all the bases.
