Malcom Floyd remains San Diego's No. 1 receiver but the team, for now, will have to find a No. 2 receiver in a group that includes Eddie Royal, Vincent Brown and Robert Meachem. The Chargers open the preseason on Thursday against Seattle.
Fantasy Impact: This is a big loss for the Chargers and for fantasy owners looking for a productive receiver later in drafts.
The injury boosts Floyd’s fantasy value but he will likely be the only San Diego receiver to be drafted. The others will be found on the waiver wire in most formats.
