Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy was held out of practice on Wednesday because of a hamstring injury, although it is not believed to be serious. Packers coach Mike McCarthy said he has been given no indication that the injury will be a long-term problem.
Eddie Lacy held out of practice with hamstring injury, not expected to impact fantasy value
Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy (hamstring) sat out of practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

The rookie from Alabama has drawn praise during training camp and veteran beat reporter Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com said this week that it’s apparent Lacy will be Green Bay’s starting running back.
Fantasy Impact: This doesn’t sound like too much to worry about right now. College football fans saw how talented Lacy was last season and the Packers are hoping for something similar in 2013.
If healthy, Lacy should be a solid pick in standard leagues and will be even more valuable in keeper and dynasty formats. There is no reason to shy away from the Green Bay rookie at this point.
