Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew said he's not feeling pain in his foot and is back to normal. He missed 10 games with a Lisfranc injury last season and had surgery in December.
Maurice Jones-Drew says he’s pain free and increases fantasy value
Maurice Jones-Drew said he’s not feeling pain in his foot. He burned fantasy owners last year, so should you trust him this year?

"There's no pain in my foot. I'm cutting great, no swelling. It's like back to normal again," Jones-Drew said. He added that this is not the same injury as Santonio Holmes' and it's not in the arch of his foot. MJD has been racking up the miles with 1862 touches in his career.
Fantasy impact: MJD had been as consistent as they come up until last year, but the wheels finally fell off. His numbers were down last season even before the injury with only 414 rushing yards in his six games. The Jaguars were 29th in total yardage and 30th in points, so the team is hardly an offensive juggernaut. That said, touches are touches, so a healthy Jones-Drew would be a must-start player. The Jaguars struggling offense makes him more of an RB2 than an RB1, though.
