Giants wide receiver Rueben Randle continued his impressive training camp on Wednesday and Eli Manning said, "he’s gotten a lot of reps and has really stepped up and has great talent." The second-year player has been making headlines for the past week or so and could be a bigger part of the offense in the upcoming season.
Rueben Randle making noise as a fantasy sleeper in training camp
Rueben Randle may be the Giants third receiver, but he’s been one of the hottest names in the WR landscape this month.

He finished his 2012 on a high note, catching all four of his targets for 58 yards and two scores against the Eagles on December 30. Eli Manning is entering his 10th season and has improved on finding the open guy.
Fantasy impact: He slid to 63 in the 2012 NFL Draft last season and the Giants didn't really let him loose until the the second half of the season with guys like Ramses Barden getting more looks. Randle has some serious speed and he's going to be used to stretch the field for the Giants and Eli Manning. It's only training camp, but projections on targets for Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks might want to be dialed down a bit. While Nicks has been a bit of a value in drafts due to his propensity to get hurt, his owners would be wise to grab Randle as an insurance policy in 12-team leagues. Even if you don't take Nicks, Randle has moved himself as a late-round pick in all leagues.
