St. Louis Rams running back Daryl Richardson is listed as probable for the team's Week 2 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, according to Nick Wagoner of ESPN. Richardson is dealing with a foot injury, but returned to practice in a limited fashion on Thursday and saw more work on Friday.
Daryl Richardson listed as probable; good option for flex in Week 2
St. Louis Rams running back Daryl Richardson is listed as probable for Week 2. We break down the fantasy implications.

Richardson is the team’s starting running back, replacing the long-time starter, Steven Jackson. Now with the Falcons, Jackson left a big hole for the Rams to fill. In Week 1, Richardson carried the ball 20 times, but only managed to put up 63 yards, with a per-carry average of 3.2 yards.
Still, the Rams won that game, 27-24, and Richardson played his part. It seems likely he’ll play against the Falcons and get plenty of touches, as there have been no setbacks with his injury thus far.
Fantasy Impact: Richardson shouldn't be your top back by any means, but he's a poplar flex option. If you have somebody who would normally be better, then go with that player, but if you have another person with injury that isn't as clear-cut as Richardson, then start Richardson. It would be surprising if he didn't play and surprising if he didn't get the bulk of the Rams' carries on Sunday.
