Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles (quad) is listed as probable to face the Cowboys on Sunday. He was out of practice on Wednesday, was limited on Thursday and participated fully on Friday. He is expected to play.
Jamaal Charles injury update: Quad issue shouldn’t factor into decision for fantasy
Jamaal Charles had to go to the locker room in Week 1. We break down the fantasy implications.

He left Week 1's game in the second half with a quad pull and did not return. The Chiefs had the game well in hand against the Jaguars and there was no reason to trot him back out there. Charles had a foot issue in the preseason, so this quad issue is a new one for the lightning-quick back. He put 77-yards and one TD on Sunday.
Fantasy impact: He’s going to suit up and the team is unlikely to have the luxury of resting him in a much tougher matchup against the Cowboys. The Chiefs are going to want to use him on screens in closer games, so his three catches seem like a low expectation this week. The Cowboys are also going to blitz Alex Smith a ton, so Charles should be a very popular option as a hot read. He’s one of the best options out there in PPR and is a must-start in standards, too.
