Green Bay Packers tight end Jermichael Finley showed few ill effects from his injured toe Sunday, catching six passes for 65 yards. Finley also contributed a touchdown as the Packers beat the Washington Redskins 38-20.
Jermichael Finley has healthy game, touchdown for fantasy owners
There was concern that Finley’s toe injury could hamper him in Week 2, but he didn’t appear to have an issue. We break down the fantasy implications.

Finley, who was hampered in practice all week with a toe injury suffered against the San Francisco 49ers last Sunday, missed practice Wednesday before being a surprise participant Thursday.
Fantasy impact: Finley has always been a frustrating fantasy own, as he balances immense talent with injury problems and a penchant for dropped passes. Through two games, the tight end has a pair of touchdowns and 121 receiving yards. If he can stay healthy and keep his hands from going fully to stone, he might finally be able to realize his enormous fantasy potential this year.
It's been a strong first week-and-change for fantasy tight ends, with Jordan Cameron, Julius Thomas, and Jared Cook among those who were big in Week 1, but Finley is a big name who could make his owners happy.
