Rookie wide receiver Tavon Austin went for two scores Sunday in the St. Louis Rams' 31-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. He had 47 yards on six receptions.
Tavon Austin gives Rams, fantasy owners, 2 TDs
The rookie only had 47 yards, but with two scores, no one is complaining. We break down the fantasy implications.

Austin also had six receptions - for 41 yards - in his first career game a week ago. Sunday, he caught a six-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter, and added a ten-yard score just before the two-minute warning.
Fantasy impact: Austin is owned in 87 percent of Yahoo! leagues, but was started in only 25. Austin went three or four rounds ahead of teammate Chris Givens in fantasy drafts, but Austin has gotten the only touchdowns of the pair through two games so far. Givens did get 105 receiving yards on five receptions Sunday.
As the 31st wide receiver off the board, Tavon Austin was drafted as a low-end WR3 or flex in most drafts, but his value will rise if he keeps gaining scores. He is pretty obviously worth a start right now.
