Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan threw for 374 yards Sunday, the second-best passing total of his career, as the team beat the St. Louis Rams 31-24. Ryan completed 33-of-43 passes and threw for two touchdowns with no interceptions.
Matt Ryan gives fantasy owners, Falcons 374 yards
Adding two touchdowns, the Falcons quarterback had his second-highest passing-yards total of his career. We break down the fantasy implications.

The only time Ryan has eclipsed Sunday's passing total was Nov. 11 of last season, when he threw for 411 yards against the New Orleans Saints. Both of Ryan's touchdown passes Sunday came in the first quarter, putting the team ahead 14-0. The team pulled out to a 21-0 lead before putting on the brakes.
Fantasy impact: With only two touchdowns to go with his 374 yards, it wasn’t a huge fantasy day for Ryan, but it was about what fantasy owners have come to expect out of him - solid, reliable production, but rarely anything spectacular. He avoided any turnovers Sunday.
With receiver Roddy White hobbled for Atlanta, Julio Jones was Ryan's favorite toy. Jones had six more targets, seven more receptions, and 139 more receiving yards than any other Falcons pass-catcher.
