Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin was forced to play come from behind football as the Green Bay Packers put up 31 unanswered points to start the game and hand the Redskins their second straight loss to start the season. Griffin was able to toss three touchdowns in the game and throw for 320 yards passing when most players would have lost focus or been substituted for at half time under blowout circumstances.

Fantasy Impact: Although the Redskins have struggled as a team, Griffin’s fantasy owners have to be happy with the results. If Griffin wasn’t in need of snaps, coach Mike Shanahan might have taken him out of the game in favor of Kirk Cousins. Since Griffin did stay in the game and the Redskins are in must-win territory going into Week 3, fantasy owners can bet on two straight productive weeks when the Redskins host the Detroit Lions in what should be a high scoring affair next Sunday.
