Fantasy impact: Morris' performance was encouraging considering the Redskins had no choice but to abandon the running game in the second half. After gaining only 45 yards on 12 carries in Week 1, Morris averaged a whopping 8.2 yards per carry against Green Bay. Though coach Mike Shanahan has been known to use a running back by committee system throughout his career, Morris is without a doubt the team's number one rusher. He's got a good shot at rushing for 100 yards in Week 3 against the Detroit Lions as long as the Redskins don't find themselves in a blow out early.
