Colts coach Chuck Pagano said that receiver T.Y. Hilton is an "electrifying player" and the team will design more plays for him.
T.Y. Hilton getting some plays designed for him, fantasy owners raising expectations for Week 3
The Colts are going to design more plays for T.Y. Hilton. We break down the fantasy implications.

Hilton had a productive Week 2 against the Dolphins, catching six balls for 124 yards on 12 targets. He was busy in the second half of last season with two TDs and two 100-yard games in December.
The Colts may have lost Darrius Heyward-Bey to an injury, so the team does look to be counting on him more often.
Fantasy impact: For some reason, the Colts haven't been giving Hilton a featured role to start the year, but that looks to be changing. He's got big-play ability and the Colts haven't been running him on fly routes and post patterns this year. He's turning into an every-down receiver and could develop some consistency. The Colts can score a lot of points, so it's fair to assume Hilton as a WR2 at this point. Altthough, he has a tough matchup in Week 3 against the 49ers.
