Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger continued his mediocre fantasy play on Monday night against the Cincinnati Bengals. Roethlisberger was consistently under pressure and the Steelers running game was just terrible. He was sacked twice while going 20 of 37 for 251 yards, one touchdown and one interception. Thus far, the Steelers offense has struggled to move the ball and stay on the field. Roethlisberger is heading toward fantasy irrelevance unless the offense gets back on track.

Fantasy impact: Roethlisberger and the Steelers offense have struggled to move the ball and put up points going into Week 3. Roethlisberger has traditionally been a good quarterback when under pressure but he hasn’t been productive this year. He has only passed for 442 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions through two games. The Steelers also only have 75 total rushing yards on the season. It’s too early to abandon ship but fantasy owners have to be growing extremely concerned over Roethlisberger’s numbers. The Steelers host the Chicago Bears on Sunday night.
