Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon has served a two-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy and will start in place of Greg Little in the team's Week 3 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, according to ESPN's Tony Grossi.
Josh Gordon completes suspension, Greg Little demoted, changing fantasy landscape in Cleveland
Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon will be back in the lineup in Week 3 after serving a two-game suspension. We discuss the fantasy implications.

With Devone Bess starting opposite Gordon, Little is the odd man out and will move to third on the team’s depth chart. Little has been targeted 22 times in the first two weeks of the season, which leads the team. That said, he’s still had considerable problems making the catch when the football comes his way.
Fantasy impact: Gordon is generally regarded as a much better prospect to really blow up this year than Little, simply because of Little's problems catching the ball. A lot of the attraction with Little being a raw talent that can develop into a star has now been put to rest. Although quarterback Brandon Weeden has proved inconsistent this year, he'll get Gordon as many targets as he does for Jordan Cameron which bodes well for anybody that drafted Gordon despite his suspension. Get him in your lineup in Week 3 as the Vikings are only ranked 15th against the pass this year.
