Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush did not practice on Wednesday, according to Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Bush suffered a knee injury in the team's 25-21 loss against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2.
Reggie Bush misses practice; Joique Bell a good fantasy handcuff
Reggie Bush missed Detroit Lions practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Bush’s injury has been considered minor, but Jim Schwartz actually referred to it as “medium-term” as opposed to “long-term.” It’s no surprise that he was inactive on Wednesday, and it wouldn’t be a shocker to see him sit on Thursday as well. The official injury report won’t release until Friday, at which point he’ll get an official status for the game.
Joique Bell will likely get the start if Bush isn't ready to go for Week 3, and even if Bush can play, Bell might be a smart bet to get plenty of carries and touches in general.
Fantasy Impact: Bell has been considered one of the better fantasy handcuffs out there, and this is a good reason why. Bush is always an injury red flag, and Bell has been productive when hes had touches this season. Don’t sit Bush just yet, give it some more time for news to come out this week. Still, if you can line up Bell as your handcuff, do so.
