Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew did not practice on Wednesday. The team is hopeful that he will play, but he figures to be questionable to face the Seahawks.
Maurice Jones-Drew gets rest on Wednesday, fantasy owners should be looking elsewhere
Maurice Jones-Drew did not practice on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

The game is in Seattle and the Jaguars are 19.5-point underdogs. MJD suffered an ankle injury and he did not return to Sunday’s game in Oakland. There were reports of looseness in his ankle ,but there has been no follow-up since Sunday.
Fantasy impact: At the end of the day, fantasy owners aren't going to want to count on MJD this week. The Jaguars have too much speed on defense and they're one of the most disciplined groups in the NFL. The main story here is that Jones-Drew is not healthy. Jordan Todman appears to be the best pickup and is more of a stash. MJD could go down at any time, so Todman could be worth using down the line. Again, we'd avoid this situation for Week 3.
