San Diego Chargers wide receiver Eddie Royal (wrist) participated fully in all the team's practices this past week and will start the team's Week 3 game against the Tennessee Titans. Royal was likely simply a precautionary listing.
Eddie Royal injury update: Chargers WR practiced all week, will start for fantasy owners
Royal has been a king pin among receivers with five scores this season, which will have to continue with Malcolm Floyd out aginst the Titans. We break down the fantasy implications

Fantasy impact: The bigger news for Royal’s status is the likely extended absence of Malcom Floyd. Fox Sports 1’s Mike Garafolo reports that Floyd will be out at least another month, after leaving the game on a stretcher in Week 2. Until his departure, Floyd had amassed six catches for 149 yards for the team this season. There’s no doubt that while Floyd is on the sidelines, Royal will have to carry the load for the team along with Antonio Gates, so fantasy owners who got Royal off of the waiver wire have to be pumped up about that. The Chargers face a Titans team in Week 3 that has given up the 11th most points to fantasy wide receivers this year.
