The San Diego Chargers will likely be without the services of wide receiver Malcom Floyd for some time due to his beck injury. Fox Sports 1's Mike Garafolo is reporting a rough estimate of a month's absence. Accordingly, it should surprise nobody that Floyd sat out practice all week long, and is officially listed as "out" for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.
Malcom Floyd injury update: Chargers WR out for Sunday’s game
Mike Garafolo is reporting the San Diego Chargers could be without Macolm Floyd for a month. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Prior to his departure in Week 2, Floyd had amassed five catches for 102 yards in the game. With Floyd headed to the sidelines, Eddie Royal’s value only grows. Royal has gotten off to a huge start with five touchdowns in two games. It is hard to maintain that kind of touchdown consistency, but he will continue to get a ton of opportunities, particularly with Floyd sidelined. Royal is a must-start this week, while Floyd is a guy you can afford to release if you need the roster spot.
