In his first game of the season, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon had a huge performance Sunday, catching 10 passes for 146 yards and a touchdown. Gordon also added a single rush for 22 yards as the Browns beat the Minnesota Vikings, 31-27.
Josh Gordon rewards fantasy owners with 168 yards, TD
In his first game back from suspension, Gordon was huge Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Gordon missed the season’s first two games after a league suspension for violating the drug policy. In his rookie year a season ago, Gordon caught 50 passes for 805 yards and five touchdowns.
Fantasy impact: Gordon instantly becomes Cleveland's best offensive weapon, just ahead of tight end Jordan Cameron. He and quarterback Brian Hoyer appeared to have a connection right away, also helping his value. With little running game to speak of in Cleveland -- at least until new running back Willis McGahee gets himself more thoroughly into the fold -- Gordon could continue to be a hot property.
Gordon was widely owned (89.2 percent in ESPN leagues) -- but not widely started (4.9 percent) in Week 3. That speaks to fantasy owners’ trepidation with his ability to get right into the swing of things. Those concerns should disappear after Sunday’s game.
The Browns' next game is against a tough Cincinnati Bengals defense, but after that, three straight games against Buffalo, Detroit and Green Bay are a nice sign for a talented young receiver.
