A week after struggling through a rainy and ugly Thursday night game, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady rebounded a bit Sunday. Brady completed 25 of 36 passes for 225 yards for two touchdowns and an interception Sunday as the Patriots beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 23-3.
Tom Brady passes for 2 TDs for fantasy owners
The Patriots quarterback didn’t have a huge game, but did get a couple scores. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brady has now thrown for five touchdowns and two interceptions through three games this season. The Patriots next play the Atlanta Falcons next Sunday night.
Fantasy impact: Both of Brady’s touchdown came on second quarter passes to rookie wide receiver Kenbrell Thompkins. Brady completed passes to six different receivers in the game.
With the Buccaneers looking like little danger to the Patriots, the team pulled off the throttle a little in the second half, likely limiting Brady's yardage total. That said, Brady now has only 698 total passing yards through three games, his worst total since 2003. Some of that can be chalked up to his poor receiving corps -- other than Thompkins, Brady's primary targets are Julian Edelman and rookie Aaron Dobson.
Brady's totals should start to rise as tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Danny Amendola work their way back from injuries, but regardless, Brady isn't the same quarterback he once was.
