Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Josh Freeman had another poor game on Sunday, but the team has given him a vote of confidence. Head coach Greg Schiano says that Freeman will remain the starter following Sunday's 23-3 loss to the New England Patriots.
Josh Freeman remains Bucs starter, but fantasy owners should move on
The Bucs have given Josh Freeman the dreaded vote of confidence after another dismal performance. We break down the fantasy implications.

Freeman was ugly, completing just 19-of-41 passes for 236 yards and an interception. At one point, rookie Mike Glennon was spotted warming up on the sideline, but he did not enter the game. Over the first three games, Freeman is completing just 45 percent of his passes, with two touchdowns and three interceptions.
Fantasy impact: Now in his fourth NFL season, Freeman appears to be regressing as a passer. He almost certainly doesn't have a future in Tampa and the team may turn to Glennon sooner than later. This is a fantasy situation to avoid entirely. Doug Martin owners should be happy with his heavy workload as the Bucs continue feeding him the rock.
