C.J. Spiller practicing Wednesday, seems good to go for fantasy owners
The Buffalo Bills running back is practicing with the team on Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

It's good to see Spiller back on track at this point. He suffered a knee injury in the second half of Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Spiller walked to the locker room on his own power, and the injury was not considered major. Still, he's the starter and it was a worrying sign.
We’ll see how this plays out throughout the week, and whether Spiller suffers any setbacks on Wednesday. There is the Thursday participation report and the injury report on Friday to look forward to.
Fantasy Impact: Spiller hasn't been all-that productive this season, unfortunately. He's being out-gained by his backup, Fred Jackson, despite getting more touches and snaps than him in general. It's a down year for Spiller, for sure, and this injury just makes things worse. However, Spiller remains a dynamic playmaker and possibly missing time and allowing Jackson more reps could lead to Spiller stepping up his game. Fantasy owners shouldn't part ways with him just yet.
