Thomas hasn't scored since his pair of touchdowns in the opening week, but he was busy on Monday Night Football with 10 catches for 94 yards on 11 targets. Peyton Manning has taken his game to new heights and even though the Broncos' weapons go four deep with Thomas, Wes Welker, Eric Decker and Julius Thomas, Demaryius is still going to find ways to post big numbers.
Thomas is no longer just a deep-ball guy because his size and top-end speed allow him to run all sorts of routes. They’ve run bubble screens to go with the deep balls and defensive backs have been left guessing on how to guard him.
Fantasy impact: He’s a top option in what could be the highest scoring game of the weekend. Thomas is a top-five play in all formats this week and that’s going to be the case more often than not going forward.
