A couple fantasy studs haven't lived up to the billing. Ray Rice and C.J. Spiller will look to turn it around in Week 4's matchup. Here are some projections courtesy of numberFire along with some analysis.
Fantasy football projections, Week 4: Bills vs. Ravens features Ray Rice, C.J. Spiller, Torrey Smith and more
We break down the fantasy projections from NumberFire for Week 4’s game with the Bills and Ravens.

The Ravens put up some points against the Texans and things get a little easier for them this week. The Bills couldn't contain the sub-par Jets offense in Week 3, so Joe Flacco and Co. should have some success. The Bills corners are susceptible to the deep ball which could mean big things for Torrey Smith and Marlon Brown.
Ray Rice is no lock to play. He had an ugly hip injury in Week 2 and it forced him to miss Week 3's game. If he does play, it should be a nice matchup. The Bills may have a bunch of talented guys on their defensive line, but they're not getting much push at the line of scrimmage. If Rice is playing, he belongs in your lineup. If Rice is out, obviously Bernard Pierce serves as a must-start option.
The Bills have been a bit of an enigma on offense. Almost everyone was expecting Spiller to bust out after the team said they’d hand him the ball “until he throws up.” Maybe Spiller has a weak stomach, however, because the team has been running a straight split of the carries with Spiller and Fred Jackson. Spiller owners still have to keep him in their lineup.
E.J. Manuel is coming around in his rookie season. He's taking care of the ball and the three-step drop has helped him quite a bit. He'll be a low-upside for owners that are in a pinch. Stevie Johnson could have a nice game as long as Manuel gets time to throw the ball. Robert Woods has also become a solid X option for Manuel while Scott Chandler's size at 6'7 makes him a nice red-zone target.
