Fantasy football projections: Seahawks vs. Texans features Marshawn Lynch, Russell Wilson and Andre Johnson

We break down the fantasy projections for the Week 4 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans

The Week 4 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Houston Texans figures to be a tightly contested battle. To help you set your fantasy lineup, we've got all of the projections courtesy of numberFire.

Seattle Seahawks

Quarterback Russell Wilson hasn't had to throw much for the Seahawks this season, but when he does, he makes It count. Wilson threw for over 300 yards in Week 1 against the Carolina Panthers, and in Week 3 against the Jacksonville Jaguars he managed to throw four touchdowns. He might find the going tough against the Texans on Sunday as the Seahawks could very well be without three starting offensive lineman in the contest.

Facing the possibility of being shorthanded up front, Wilson may have to rely on Marshawn Lynch and the running game in order to move the ball down the field, particularly if he can't steer clear of Texans sack machine J.J. Watt. Lynch is averaging 70 yards rushing per game this season and scored both his touchdowns in Week 2 against the San Francisco 49ers. Lynch's only career game against the Texans came back in 2009, when he rushed for 43 yards on just nine carries.

Houston Texans

Wide receiver Andre Johnson (shin) was limited in practice and will probably be a game-time decision for the Texans. Should he start, he'll matchup against Seawhawks cornerback Richard Sherman, widely regarded as one of the best in the league. After posting 12 caches and 146 receiving yards in Week 1, Johnson has seen his targets and production declined in the last two games. With these factors in play, look for quarterback Matt Schaub to seek out DeAndre Hopkins and Owen Daniels more often than usual in the passing game.

On the ground, coach Gary Kubiak is perfectly content with running a timeshare system between Ben Tate and Arian Foster, with the latter out-touching Tate by a 49-to-27 margin so far this season. Though the split in work between the two backs represents a bit of the drop in Foster's value -- something he's not happy with -- it seems likely that Tate will continue to be in the mix throughout the season.
