Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall caught seven passes for 79 yards in a 40-32 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Marshall's performance marked the second straight week that he was held under 100 yards receiving.
Brandon Marshall held out of the end zone again for fantasy owners
The Bears receiver was held in check even though he found himself in a high-scoring game in Week 4. We discuss the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Not only was Marshall held under 100 yards in back-to-back games for the first time this season, but he also failed to reach the end zone for the second straight game.
Though he was targeted 14 times in the contest, quarterback Jay Cutler just wasn't on his game as the Lions were all over him in the first half. The good news for fantasy owners is that Marshall still received a large number of targets and if he were any other receiver, his owners would be more than happy with his performance.
Marshall’s teammate Alshon Jeffrey stepped up pretty big for the Bears in this game as they tried to mount a comeback in the second half. That result may put other teams in the league on notice and open up more room for Marshall as the season wears on. Fantasy owners should consider Marshall their go-to guy as usual moving forward.
Going into Week 5, the Bears face a much-improved New Orleans Saints team. Marshall hasn't faced off against the Saints since 2008, but fantasy owners should know by now that he is a must start regardless of the matchup.
