New York Jets wide receiver Stephen Hill left during the first offensive series in the Week 4 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Hill suffered a head injury on his first target from quarterback Geno Smith and he did not return. The extent of his head injury is unknown. Hill was quarterback Geno Smith's favorite target and arguably the Jets best wide receiver. Smith and the Jets felt his loss as they failed to get much going on offense and Smith only threw one touchdown. Hill has been targeted 23 times with 13 receptions for 233 yards and a touchdown on the year.
