New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes caught one pass for 25 yards in the Jets Week 4 loss to the Tennessee Titans. The mercurial wide receiver was targeted five times, catching only one, and left during the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury. The extent of his injury is unknown, but Holmes wasn't much of a factor in the game and didn't make the most of his targets. Jeremy Kerley was also targeted five times and finished with four catches for 65 yards. This is vintage Holmes who traditionally drives fantasy owners crazy with his inconsistency. He never seems to live up to his talent or potential.
Santonio Holmes reverts to weak fantasy form in Week 4
New York Jets wide receiver Santonio Holmes reverted to form in Week 4 catching one pass for 25 yards in the loss to the Tennessee Titans. We bring you the fantasy implications.

Fantasy impact: Holmes left the game halfway through the fourth quarter with a hamstring injury, but wasn't much of a factor anyway. He was targeted five times and caught one for 25 yards. Granted quarterback Geno Smith had a rough day, but fantasy owners have come to expect this from Holmes who has also battled a foot injury. Keep an eye on Holmes status, but it's hard to trust any Jets receiver right now with a rookie quarterback who will understandably be inconsistent. The Jets will face the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5 on Monday Night Football.
