Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden left Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins with a hamstring injury and did not return. According to Jerry McDonald of the Contra Costa Times, head coach Dennis Allen said he had no information on how long McFadden would be out with said injury or if he'd miss any significant time.
Darren McFadden hamstring injury a concern for fantasy owners
Oakland Raiders running back Darren McFadden suffered a hamstring injury in Week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

The injury is worrying due to McFadden’s history, and it’s made a bit worse by how quickly he was ruled out to return for Sunday’s game. McFadden sustained the injury in the first quarter of the game, and rather than a prolonged period of potentially being questionable to return, he was ruled out for the game by the second half.
We’ll know more about his injury throughout the week as practice participation and injury reports surface, but more injuries is never a good sign for an oft-injured player.
Fantasy Impact: McFadden saw his average draft position fall this year, as the Fantasy Football Calculator illustrates his average draft position of No. 35, just below guys like Lamar Miller and Darren Sproles and just above Eddie Lacy. McFadden is certainly more talented than that draft slot, but injuries are a very stable reality for him and have been for his fantasy owners over the years.
Without him, Rashad Jennings will be the starter in Oakland, and he could be a look if that particular handcuff is your best option going forward. Oakland won't abandon the run simply because they can't -- their rocky quarterback position won't allow it.
