Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has been impressive in practice, though there in no specific "carry limit" in place, or at least none that head coach Gary Kubiak will share, as noted by Dale Robertson of Ultimate Texans.
Arian Foster looks good in practice, Monday’s carry count still in question
Houston Texans running back Arian Foster looks good in practice. We break down the fantasy implications.

Kubiak said that Foster looks “really good,” and has “come a long way.” Foster started training camp with a calf injury that he suffered on the first day of organized team activities in May. Once that was healed up, he was dealing with a back injury, and so missed all of training camp and preseason.
Foster just returned to practice from his injuries this week. There were obviously concerns about setbacks, and on top of that, concerns about his potential conditioning after missing so much of practice. Of course, he knows the offense and things like that, so there’s no concerns on that front, but his carry count will certainly be interesting.
Fantasy Impact: Ben Tate will probably get a good number of carries in relief of Foster Monday night, but that doesn't mean you should avoid starting Foster. It's unknown if he'll get five carries or 25, but Foster is just too good a player to leave on the bench. You'll be kicking yourself if he has a big game and if he doesn't, well, that's the risk you took by drafting Foster with his injuries clear on the table.
