The 2013 NFL regular season is officially underway and the New England Patriots will be traveling north to face the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots are heavy favorites in the AFC East, even as they try and figure out some new offensive options in light of an interesting offseason. The Bills have some of the usual suspects, but will be breaking in a new quarterback.

To help you prepare your fantasy football lineup each week during the 2013 NFL season, we've got game-by-game player projections courtesy of numberFire.
New England Patriots
We know how good Tom Brady is, but what do we know about his receiving options this year? Danny Amendola is the big option for now, but can he stay healthy? Kenbrell Thompkins is one of the hot rookies in drafts, but can he show his stuff right off the bat? It will be an interesting season for those of us with Patriots receivers on the roster.
Buffalo Bills
The Bills are breaking in rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel. Outside of dynasty leagues he has little value, but the real question will be for owners of C.J. Spiller and Stevie Johnson. For Johnson, how will the passing game look with a rookie QB? For Spiller, how many eight-man boxes will he face? Spiller has a chance to be one of the top scorers in fantasy football, so we'll find out more on Sunday.
