Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson had a big-yardage day Sunday. He hauled in seven receptions for 154 yards as the Buccaneers fell to the Jets, 18-17.
Vincent Jackson loads up on yards for fantasy owners
Jackson didn’t score, but 154 yards is nothing to sneeze at. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson’s longest reception was for 39 yards. He was targeted a team-high 13 times, but didn’t manage to find the end zone.
Fantasy impact: Jackson managed his yardage despite a rough, rough day for quarterback Josh Freeman, who managed only a 67.9 passer rating. Freeman might not be long for the starting job if he keeps performing like he has been. Either way, though, whatever success Jackson has this year is likely to be of his own manufacture; he doesn't look like he'll be getting much QB help.
Mike Williams will need to keep up his production (52 yards, one touchdown) so defenses can’t key up on Jackson, but for now, it looks like he’ll still maintain his value.
