Larry Fitzgerald gives fantasy owners two touchdowns
After a lost year last season, Fitzgerald burst onto the scene in his opener against the Rams.

Larry Fitzgerald thanked the football gods Sunday, notching two touchdowns with new quarterback Carson Palmer. Fitzgerald's two scores were the Cardinals' only offensive touchdowns as they fell to St. Louis, 27-24.
Fitzgerald tallied 80 receiving yards on eight receptions (14 targets), with touchdown receptions of four and 24 yards.
Fantasy impact: The two scores for Fitzgerald were half of his season total last year, which shows what having even a halfway competent quarterback can do for a talented receiver. With Palmer, it stands to reason Fitzgerald will be back to his high-level spot among fantasy wide receivers.
Andre Roberts (97) and Michael Floyd (82) each outgained Fitzgerald in receiving yards Sunday, which probably bodes well also -- defenses will have to pay attention to several receivers and not just Fitzgerald, giving him more opportunity to get open. Fitzgerald has to be considered at least a candidate for the top receiver in fantasy by year-end, and at the worst he's a high-end No. 1.
