The Cincinnati Bengals have more depth problems at wide receiver. A.J. Green was carted off the field at practice on Wednesday, apparently aggravating his toe injury. He went in for an MRI and could end up missing Week 6. Marvin Jones is still recovering from foot and ankle ailments and is also questionable to return this week.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 6: Mohamed Sanu
A.J. Green re-injured his toe and Marvin Jones is still not 100 percent, leaving Sanu as the top fantasy wideout option in Cincinnati.

If both men are out, that leaves Mohamed Sanu as the Bengals' No. 1 receiver against the Carolina Panthers. Sanu has been a steady weapon this season, catching 17 passes for 234 yards and two touchdowns in four games. He added an 18-yard touchdown pass for good measure.
Fantasy impact: Offensive coordinator Hue Jackson may end up doubling down on the running game with Giovani Bernard and Jeremy Hill, but Cincinnati's injury issues make Sanu fantasy-relevant against the Panthers' struggling defense. Coming off a 5-70-1 line against the New England Patriots in Week 5, Sanu is on the WR3 map until Green and Jones return to full health.
